My Story

My name is Lihi Koren — I’m married, a mother, a makeup artist, and a bridal/event hairstylist. I also hold a degree in Industrial & Management Engineering. For 5 years, I worked as a project manager in a consulting firm, helping organizations streamline and improve work processes. That experience taught me something vital: even the smallest change in routine requires adaptation — but when it works, the results can be life-changing.

During those years, I balanced two worlds: the structured world of engineering and the creative world of hairstyling. In 2018, I made the leap to follow my passion and became fully independent as a makeup artist and hairstylist.

Today, most of my work takes place on-site — in apartments, family homes, or hotel rooms. I arrive with what feels like two full suitcases of equipment, and then try to create order within crowded spaces full of décor, snacks, and nervous excitement. It’s not always ideal, but the bride must be ready on time — and I always make it happen.

But this challenge sparked something in me.
I realized hairstylists — especially those working solo without an assistant — needed a smarter, more efficient way to organize tools. Balancing a hot Babyliss on a chair, holding clips in your mouth, or wearing trousers just for the pockets? That’s no way to work.

What started as a personal solution quickly became something bigger. The comfort, efficiency, and order it created — and the reactions from my colleagues — made me realize this wasn’t just my need.

After months of designing, testing, sewing, and refining prototypes, and consulting with fellow stylists, I’m proud to introduce:

👉 The Loopa Belt — a professional hairstylist’s dedicated work belt.

It’s more than just a belt — it’s your personal assistant. A tool designed by a stylist, for stylists, to make your work smoother, faster, and stress-free.

Are you ready to fall in love… and wonder how you ever worked without it?
