At Loopa Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in trying the Loopa Belt and experiencing the difference it makes in your daily styling routine.

45-Day Trial Guarantee

  • Every purchase comes with a 45-day trial period.

  • During this time, you can use the belt in your real work routine. If you find it’s not the right fit for you, you may return it for a full refund.

  • To start a return, please email us at Loopahair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Standard Returns

  • If you wish to return a product that has not been used, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging, to receive a full refund.

  • Items that have been used beyond normal trial use, or are not in their original condition, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different belt, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Loopahair@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
